Warranty

Producing high quality jewellery is the upmost importance at Aurea. All Aurea pieces come with a limited lifetime warranty from the date of completion.

The limited lifetime warranty covers the piece under normal wear. If there is a manufacturing fault, Aurea will repair the issue free of charge. If the piece has been noticeably bent, damaged or shows signs of improper care upon inspection, Aurea will repair the piece at a cost. Worn out stone settings and claws from many years of wearing is not considered to be covered under the warranty.

Lost, damaged or chipped diamonds or gemstones are not covered under the warranty, we strongly recommend insuring your jewellery with your insurance provider to cover this expense. This will also cover anything outside of your control, like theft.

The warranty is void if you take your pieces to another jeweller for resizing or repair work. Aurea does not take responsibility for work carried out by other jewellers.
