PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES:

At Aurea, we take pride in providing exceptional customer service. In the rare case an issue may arise, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly and professionally as possible.

Please read these terms and conditions and understand our terms of service. By purchasing an Aurea piece, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

PRODUCTION TIMEFRAMES:

Aurea engagement, wedding ring and bespoke designs are made to order. The customer accepts the estimated production timeframe for their piece.
Please note that turnaround times are an approximate guideline and not guaranteed. 
Shipping timeframes are not included in our production timeframe estimates.

QUALITY OF PRODUCTS:

All Aurea jewellery pieces undergo thorough quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure the customer is receiving a high quality piece of jewellery. 

PRICE POLICY & TERMS OF SALE:

By agreeing to these terms & conditions, the customer confirms the details outlined for their piece are true and correct.

Any alterations or additions to the original design will incur additional charges. Final payments for engagement, wedding and bespoke pieces are subject to customer satisfaction of the final piece.

PAYMENTS TERMS:

A partial, non refundable deposit payment is required to reserve diamonds and/or precious gemstones that you have selected for made to order engagement, wedding and bespoke orders. It is agreed between parties that bespoke jewellery pieces will remain the property of Aurea Jewellery until full payment is received.

DELAYED PAYMENTS:

If payments are not made in accordance with the terms stated above, it is agreed upon between parties that Aurea Jewellery will not be held accountable for delays in deadlines as a result.
If Aurea Jewellery does not receive any form of reasonable correspondence from the customer within 30 days upon completion, the piece in question will remain the property of Aurea Jewellery. Failure to provide adequate correspondence after the completion of the piece in question will thus result in forfeiture and the initial deposit will be lost. Aurea Jewellery will not be held responsible for forfeiture based on the above conditions.
Aurea Jewellery will ensure adequate correspondence between parties to finalise obligations outlined herein.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:

It is hereby agreed upon between parties that refunds for cancellations are not offered due to the nature of the product. Aurea Jewellery is not able to recoup losses incurred by purchasing on behalf of customer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

It is hereby agreed upon between parties that Aurea Jewellery will not be held responsible for goods in transit or damages to goods in trust.

All goods are shipped by premium, traceable delivery services. Aurea Jewellery cannot guarantee items in transit or be held responsible for issues that may arise while goods are in transit after they have left our facilities and are out of our care. In the rare event that goods in transit arrive damaged or lost, Aurea Jewellery will endeavour to resolve any issues that arise.

All goods in trust and stones supplied to Aurea Jewellery will be handled with the utmost care by our expert jewellers.

DELAYS:

It is agreed upon between parties that Aurea Jewellery shall not be held responsible for deadlines stated by the client. Goods in transit, alterations, material sourcing, manufacturing and stone setting are all subject to delays in production timeframes.

We recommend allowing plenty of time for the production of bespoke jewellery pieces when placing orders in preparation for special events.

MATERIALS & CARE:

Regular servicing and cleaning is recommended to maintain the overall appearance of jewellery pieces. It is hereby agreed upon between parties that Aurea Jewellery will not be held responsible for the deterioration in appearance or damages.

RESIZING AND REMANUFACTURING:

Aurea Jewellery stresses the importance of confirming the correct size prior to creating your ring. However, we understand that this can be difficult with engagement rings, so therefore Aurea Jewellery do offer complimentary resizing for our bespoke service rings, except for full eternity diamond rings. Our complimentary resizing offer is valid within 3 months from the date that you have received the the ring.

Complimentary resizes are subject to the ring in question being sized for the same finger it was made for and must be within two sizes. Resizing can not be done to full diamond or gemstone eternity rings due to the nature of the ring. If the ring is outside of sizing parameters it may be necessary to re-make the ring in order to maintain the structural integrity of the piece. Resizing parameters are subject to the ring setting style and how many sizes up or down the ring will need to go.
